IMSP Podcast: Meet alumna Mariana Beckova

"My three words to describe IMSP are independence, fun, and curiosity!"

On this special edition of our IMSP podcast, we switch it up by having our podcast host interviewed instead! Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Mariana Bečková has been an IMSP student since the beginning. She later transitioned to English College in Prague and is currently studying for her Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology with a focus on childhood and trauma. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, acting, and modeling, as she is also a Miss Grand Czech Republic winner!

In this episode, Mariana looks back to her IMSP experiences and memories, recounting how she still uses her Montessori education as an adult, and how she managed her transition from IMSP to another school and later, university. She also shares some advice for elementary students!

This podcast series follows Mariana Bečková — IMSP alumna and graduate of the program — as she shines a light on her fellow Montessori graduates. Celebrating our 20th anniversary last year, we are taking time to reflect with students who have been with us along the way.
