Montessori Toddler & Me Playgroup

What do you do in IMSP’s Toddler & Me playgroup?

An enriching experience designed for both you and your child from ages 15 months old up to 3 years old. During this time, your child will be free to explore age-appropriate Montessori materials, making his or her own choices from the classroom shelves and work at his or her own pace in a carefully prepared environment and in a peaceful setting with the guidance of a Montessori teacher and you. These materials encourage the development of a toddler’s independence, concentration, confidence, language and fine motor skills, respect for others and a love of learning.

Who: Children aged 15 months to 3 years, with their parents; led by Ms. Ivana Obradovic, our Toddler Coordinator and Toddler and Me lead guide.

Where: Toddler Classroom, International Montessori School of Prague (IMSP)

When: Playgroup dates begin every Tuesdays, 15:30 - 17:00. September 17th | 24th, October 1st | 8th | 15th | 22nd, November 5th | 12th.

Price: CZK 3600 for 8 classes (CZK 400 per lesson and additional CZK 400 for material fee). Invoicing will be carried out before the course begins.

In addition, we offer a free Introductory Parent Course for registered parents on Monday, September 16th, 2024 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. This introductory Parent Course is meant for parents without children, to get to know further information about the program. If you are unable to attend this date, Ms. Ivana will be in touch with you 5 minutes before your first lesson begin when you attend with your child next.

At IMSP’s Toddler & Me you will:

Have fun with your child as they explore a wide range of enriching, hands-on materials
Benefit from the guidance of an experienced Montessori teacher and learn how to transfer these activities to your home
Learn skills that can help you make the most of the precious, but sometimes challenging, toddler years.

Please note that light snack will be available to the children; parents are also welcomed to bring a snack or light meal for their child to eat during class this time.
