Careers

IMSP is an international school offering authentic Montessori education. Embracing each child's unique potential, we empower our students to achieve academic excellence and become confident, compassionate and engaged citizens of the world.

At IMSP, we pride ourselves on our child-centered classrooms, diversity of students and teachers, and our vibrant, caring environment.

We are excited to meet others who share our passion for fostering the next generation of empowered and socially aware global citizens. For our faculty, we seek out the same qualities that we nourish in our students: creativity, confidence, a sense of ownership and active participation in the community. If you feel that you meet these qualities and would like to contribute to our daily work, please click on our open positions below to apply to join the IMSP team.

In addition to the specific positions listed below, we are always happy to receive inquiries and meet educators who are interested in joining IMSP in any capacity. When we do have an opening, we appreciate candidates who have a relationship with our school and who may have already visited us.  Like at many schools, employment opportunities open up at IMSP at various points of the school year; the main hiring season for lead teachers is mid-Spring.

If you are interested in applying to be a substitute teacher at IMSP, please submit your CV and a brief letter of introduction to us via info@montessori.cz.
