The International Montessori School of Prague is seeking an independent, self-directed worker to serve as an HR Manager. Join our diverse team to oversee and direct the Human Resources aspects of a thriving international school and enjoy working in a passionate, self-fulfilled community.

What we require:

  • Background and experience in HR.  A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a related field is a bonus.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive and independent attitude with the ability to come with solutions, support the team to achieve its goals, strong team spirit, and an active interest in your work
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational ability, including delegation skills, priority management, and project planning
  • Strong ability to analyze problems and find the best short-term and long-term solutions
  • Pleasant and professional conduct
