The International Montessori School of Prague, a small, community oriented private Montessori school in Prague 4, is seeking a reliable, responsive, and organized individual for the position of a Teacher’s Assistant for our Toddler classroom (age 15 months to 3 years old)
Previous experience with Montessori is welcome but not a must. However, we do require an open and respectful attitude to children and our educational model, as well as a willingness to learn Montessori practices and professionally develop on the job.

Responding to emails based on a given outline and points, particularly to parents
Researching and compiling information, including translation from Czech to English
Managing calendar, scheduling appointments, managing the associated tasks and logistics
Transcribing handwritten notes, flip chart sheets, taking meeting minutes
Answering and making phone calls
Basic assistant tasks
Very strong English
Very good Czech language
Good PC knowledge: MS Office, MS Office Suite, G-Suite, Dropbox and other e-environments, able to find information (solid google-fu)
At least finished secondary education
Pleasant and professional with staff and parents: excellent customer service
Open minded to Montessori philosophy and happy to learn
